repairing damaged ground effect

is there something i can use to patch a ground effect and make it look origional? i have RK sport ground effects and my rear has been melted by an exhaust tip in the past, i have already trimmed it and i need to build it back up.

I need to hurry, i cant stand the look of my car w/o my ground effects, i need to fix the rear so i can repaint them all and put them back on.

thanks.
