Hello
Last week (or two ago) there was a thread that created some interest regarding 18" HP Racing EVO rims. This thread has been removed completely from the board. May I ask why. I was interested in those rims, and was asking board members about them. Where any rules broken?
Please answer to this post or to phordylan@hotmail.com
Thank you

I'm not aware of any thread talking about EVO wheels that was deleted completely. Since I didn't do it, you might want to try emailing the other two guys who have the ability to do this. jason@camaroz28.com and chris@camaroz28.com
Was it a topic in which the wheels were for sale???
If so, it is highly likely that I moved the topic (without keeping a link here) to the For Sale forum where it belongs. I do this because people take advantage of the more popular forums by posting for sale ads in the busy forums hoping to get more exposure. If I move these ads the way I typically move topics, the person who placed the ad not only benefits from the increased exposure in the popular forum but also because everybody likes to click closed threads to see what's in them to get them closed

So, to prevent the more sneeky people from even attempting this, I move For Sale ads to the For Sale forum WITHOUT leaving the link to the thread here.
I just did a search in the For Sale forum and came up with this...

Are one of those the thread you are referring to?

The thread I was thinking about had no rims for sale. He just got a great deal and some people were asking how was he getting them so cheap and it seem he had the hook up going. He was just helping other people by giving them info to a place he knows where has the hookup on EVO wheels.
Don't recall any specific thread... but sometimes you get people on here posting "endorsements" for non-advertisers, simply acting as "shills" to get around the ban on advertising by commercial sources who don't pay to advertise here. It's nice to know where to get a deal, but if its not a paying advertiser, he can't post. Not fair to the businesses that support this board and help make it possible through paid advertising.
