Can this module, that is only on driver side of 4th gens, be put on the passenger side also without any modification?

I am getting lazy and want the passenger window to go down with one push now lol

 

you would have to tear apart another switch from a z with the express down. and then take the switch and replace the regular switch. it may not fit correctly, so some fab-ing may be necessary, but if all the wires are connected, there is no reason the switch wont work.
