Is there any place that will prime and paint a hood when you purchase it?

 

Most hoods are primered when bought new. If your buying one used it will probably be painted to match their car and just need to be sanded for a new coat of paint. Regardless of where you buy it, you'll need to take it to the body shop of your choice and just have them primer, paint, install, etc.

 

Done correctly, you need the new paint computer matched to your existing paint, and the new paint faded into the tops of the fenders and the bumper cover.
