I was looking at front end parts, my nose has seen better days. The Ls1 Trans Am body stuff is actually cheaper than our LT1 stuff. Even our tail lights cost more than theirs.

 

So........you're saying that you would like to renew your front end and would like the LS1 style........or you would like to stick with the LT1 style and are just complaining about how much more it costs...........??

That is interesting though - I wonder if it holds true for Camaros.

 

Well put this way, say you wreck in the front your car and teh insurance doesnt total it, you could get all the ls1 stuff cheaper than getting new lt1 stuff all the while having the updated front end as the finished product. I like the way 98+ TAs look, more so than I do 98+ Camaros. If if my TA was a Z28, I would keep the Lt1 front end.
