I'm trying to remove the coat hangers on 4th gen Camaro. I got the little square thing to pop up. But do I yank it all the way out or what? I don't want to tear them up.

I need to remove the coat hangers so I can remove that middle plastic piece so I can replace the carpet.

I got it. It does come straight back. It's a funny snap thingy. I found that a small flat-head screw drivers helps to pop it out, then a really big flat head screw driver helps it come all the way out.

Naw, I remember I was trying to figure out where a short is in my 3rd brake light wire. Man, I need to fix that... :blah:


The coat hangers are in the back seat on the sail panels look about a foot above the speakers

 

Oh those things. I pryed real hard with a big screwdriver and they popped out and flew across the garage never to be seen again.
More weight reduction.
