How much for the Doors to be painted??

Anyone have an idea how much it would be to prep and paint two doors on a 95 Z? No holes or damages to the body, but just some dings. I was thinking if it was cheap enough, I could just get a body shop to paint them. I have a couple shops around here that do a good job, but havnt called them yet.

Thanks.

Could be anywhere's from a couple hundered to over a thousand... no matter what, they are going to blend into the 1/4 and fender/hood to match the color... can't just repaint the doors without blending...

My GF is a manager at a collision shop, and my brother is a tech with over 20 years of experience...

Yeah I didnt really think about that. I figured since it was a separate piece you wouldnt have to get too carried away. A friend of a friend whos uncle has a shop said like 200 but I dont think that was right. I dont know if thats including prep work or not. Its not a big deal, but I recently just bought the ride and the doors just got regular door dings. Thats the only part of the body that has any flaws. I just get too picky i think. But thanx for the info man.

If your cars black you dont necasarily need the blend. Black you can get away without a blend.

But assume about 250 a door. If you need to have them blended your looking at about 1000.

Edit: And Im not talking out of my ***, Ive been doing autobody for a year now.

yes it gets costly. My car has chips basically all over it and the front bumper cover is faded, so i know its not worth just having my new spoiler painted which will have to be blended to the quaters. You can probably find someone to do a good spray of the exterior cheaply. Not really worth doing the jams and stuff unless they need it.
