white face ta gauges
from what i understand is you either need a glow overlay, or you have to find an overlay that has clear text. you'll need to then install the color bulb or put some transparency color paper on the back of the new overlay to get your color. the red is embeded into the guages on the TA cluster. I'm in the process of doing this myself. I emailed Macewen motorsports about theirs. I'm jsut waiting for a response. pro car parts has nice reverse glow guages though, thats my other option.
If I removed the original gauge faces and used yours as a replacement, wouldn’t I be able to change the color or do you imprint red also?
Thanks
Actually, that may work. You may even be able to do it without needle removal. You would have to first, remove only a few adhesive backing strips from the tach speedo overlay, and install the overlay. Use a pencil to outline our overlay. Then, CUT your factory applique away, where the overlays sit.
Our overlays are tininted grey for all tick marks, and symbols. Only the redline marks are red on our overlays. You may need to find a method of tinting your turn signals/high beams green / blue.
I dont recommend it. But, it should work.
One drawback I can see is that the illumination will be uneven. There is a series of white, and black dots printed on the factory overlay to cut down hot spots.
The end result may look a little, home made, when illuminated.
It could be done

Go on e-bay and search for trans am gauges. They usually have a nice plate for the trans am. I got one and looks awsome, but need double sided tape for the plate to not touch the needles. As soon as i have some time, i'm gonna put them back on. The gauges were $25, and took me about a half hour to do.
* just noticed you have a camaro, i'm pretty sure the same company also offers them for the camaro...
