How to install clear corners?

Anyone have a write-up on how to install the clear corners on an ls1? I'm talking about the front bumper blinkers. Also, have anyone made it so that they don't turn on 24/7? If so, how do I di that?

for the 98+, I just removed the headlights, it makes it alot easier and faster. I think there is one bolt on the back and then they will come out, thats all you need to have plenty of room to install them.
