First off, this is all rattle can paint. but i think it looks ten times better!!!! the first pics are the driver side that i still have yet to finish. the after pics are the passenger side that i finished today. still need to wet sand maybe. please let me know what you all think!!!

 

Now you will have to paint the outside to match...

 

The color is almot perfecly identical to the paint. It was a perfect match to the original underhood color. The original was just faded. However, the outside wil be getting a fresh paint job this november.

first, thanks for all of the compliments! yeah i clearcoated it already. 3 coats paint and 2 coats clear.

Did you use regular clearcoat, or some sort of high temperature stuff? This info might be worth knowing in the future for me!

 

i just used regular clear coat. from the factory our cars are painted with regular paint underneath the hood. so i went with regular ol clear!
