www.6LITEREATERDESIGNS.com I support this guys products 100% and have a few of his items. I will be getting a break set up from him soon along with some other things. I also have met this guy and he is very cool. He still cares about are lt1s and ls1s where other vendors drop us because of the new camaros. In a nut shell I buy from the guy that take times to make things better for our car where others have stopped.

eBay has them not the "BEST" quality but an upgrade. 6litereater are GREAT from what I have heard. It just depends on how much you want to spend, but if you want it done right and last I say go with 6litereater, his stuff is GREAT!!!

All brake discs as far as I know develop some rust after you wash your car and such. My drilled and slotted ones on my GXP do that, but it comes off after driving the car.

some are supposed to have a zing coating thats supposed to keep the part of the disc thats not touched by the pads rust free.

I've had Baer zinc coated drilled/slotted rotors on the back of my Formula for about 12 years now, and there is no rust on the zinc coated areas. This picture is probably 3 or 4 years old, but they still look the same.

Yup both daily driven and abused every so often.... I like to put my cars through their paces every once in while.

Unless they've changed things from when I bought mine a while back, you should feel comfortable that they'll hold up just fine

Here's a pic from last year: Front Wheel and just like Fred mentioned mine still look the same today

Re: Drilled & Slotted Zinc Plated Brake Rotors

the slotted/drilled rotors hols up a lot better than OEM rotors, I've had my slotted rotors for 40,000 miles and they are good, but just be aware of what I just found out myself, these type of rotors cannot be resurfaced by a regualr shop. They do significantly improve braking but they will also wear your pads out about 10,000 miles faster too so be aware of that also, I wore one of my inner rear pads completely down and messed up the surface a bit. The rear pads only had 45,000 miles on them.
