Door panel

Ok i wan tto get my windows retinted there is tint on them now but on drivers side its got some scrapes down it.Buddy said i gotta pull off door panel its something behind there.Anyone have this problem before? and how do i get door panel off is it just them 3 screws?

Ok i got the door panel off and its seems to be then brass bracket with black cloth that goes agenst the window. the brass bracket look cracked anyone no the name of this part so i can get a new one? Or a little trick i can do to fix this problem.

Its called a Stabilizer part # 10257988 I just had to pick two of them up from the chevy dealer. I had the same problem.
