cheapest place to get LT1 SS hood....

anybody know.... i dont wanna fork over 800 bucks or something for an SLP or something real nice, although i dont want somthing that fits like crap either. i know you get what you pay for, but theres gotta be something nice for not too much money. prefer bolt on

go to vfn or another reputable fiberglass company.

VFN doesnt make a standard SS hood tho. only options for LT1 are the tall SS hood, sunoco cowl, standard cowl and thats it i think....

I bought my American Sports Car Design hood 3 years ago from www.fasttoys.net . I just checked their website and they have a new "Tru Fiber" company listed that sells an LT1 SS hood for like $360. This is the first I've heard of the company, but they do have a good price.

Not sure if this was referred to me or the thread starter 69z28. lol His family also has a first gen in it and now we both have Red 95's.

im sure it was to you 68z28, your cars are ****in sweet. and damn im actually going for a VERY similar look as your car, although different wheels and maybe berger panel. i love those emblems you got hard thing about red camaros, there's a TON of them.
