Cant decide what hood to get...

I just can't decide what I want...suncoastcreations ws6 ram air or predator? That’s my top picks, but www.vfnfiberglass.com has two really sweet hoods. Only drawback is they wont work with an airbox...same for the warbirds, but they do allow air flow...and I know my CAI intake works well. So far I'm leaning towards the ws6 style, but I'm also thinking of having something different than anyone else.

I wanted to get some feedback to see what others would do with the choices I have. Cory

Go with the predator, everybody and their brother has the WS6 hood.

I would go with the predator hood also thats the hood i plan on getting for my formula in the future. Do you subscribe to gm high tech perfomance? If so the yellow project car (thunder chicken) in the mag has that hood and it looks tight.

i can tell you right now you won't be disappointed w/ the predator hood. i get tons of stares and not too many people have the hood. one thing i recommend if you have the extra money is heat extractors. i didn't get them, but i saw one in person w/ them and it looks so bada$$. i'm sure the heat extractors work well w/ a fan switch, but i just think it looks a lot better. check out my website if you want to see some pics of the hood, i'm sure it will help you decide.

PREDATOR ALL THE WAY!!! . The WS6 doesn't grab any attention in my opinion b/c it is just stock - EVERYONE has it! Just my $.02 -

Predatorbird: Your car is awesome!!! . I love your setup! Tastefully done! I usually don't like the firebirds all that much b/c of the front/lame spoiler/no gfx - but I LOVE yours!!! Nice Work!

Although Ram Air hoods look good, they are overrated as far as air flow, your CAI kit will flow the same if not more air.......so if that was the deciding factor, you can put your mind a little more at ease.
Good Luck with what you decide!

I like the Pred hood.........

I would suggest getting the predator hood. It just looks way more menacing. I plan on putting one of those hoods on my 94TA and adding the heat extractors.

Predator all the way man! I just put one on my TA and it looks awsome! I got mine from a different vendor (they call it the ram air II hood) but have got nothing but good comments about it! It really gives the 93-97 cars a more aggressive look. Just my .02.

Later,

Mike
