i am looking into buying a pair of clear corners for my black Z28. i cant decide to spend the $4X.XX on the diamond cut clears, or just get the regular ones i can get off ebay for $19.99. just wondering if anyone has any pics of the NON-diamond cut clears on their car?! any advice or pics would be greatly appreciated!

 

I have standard clears.
My car is a black 98, but the corner lamps are the same part for both of our cars.

where is some cheap places to get them besides ebay? rksport wants $60. is every brand gonna be exactly the same?

 

hey, ive been looking and Ebay seems to be the best place for the regular ones. www.procarparts.com has the diamond cut ones for like 40 something dollars. i might just buy those. seems like with the regular clears you can still see the yellow/orange color. i just didnt want to spend $50 on two little clear corners! oh well!! anybody have any good close-ups with the diamond cut clear corners?? preferably on a black car?!?! thanks again for all the responses.

 

If you checked procarparts.com you did'nt see the regular ones they have for $29.00 (non-diamond cut).

I myself plan on buying some diamond cut ones from procarparts.com and puting neons or LED's on the inside of the lenses . It is going to look sweet.

 

hey guys thanks a lot for all the pictures. i guess for right now im just gonna go with the NON-diamond cut clears. they have sets all over ebay for like $19.99. they come with amber bulbs, where would be a good place to get just regular clear bulbs?? im guessing its illegal, but oh well! thanks again for all your help.

 

just after i posted that last post i went to check ebay for the regular clears... and procarparts had the diamond cut clear corners with bulbs "buy it now" for $35.00! so i went ahead and purchased them! i would still like to know about getting the clear bulbs?! thanks!

 

Hmm I would stay away from the clear bulbs and just get amber bulbs. I mean if you are going the not so legal way then go all the way you know. Get some red or blue bulbs.
