I cannot recall saying it would look like "crap" (okay, maybe I did). I think I said it would look unfinished on a black car since NO Camaro normally came from the factory with a flat black rear panel.

However, seeing that ALL non-black 93-97 Camaros had flat black headlight buckets, hacking a flat black ones one a black Camaro would look more factory and would be kind of DIFFERENT, and Berger panels are not really different any more since MANY are doing it.

That's my opinion, anyway. I once considered doing flat black Anniversary stripes on my car.
