$75 shipped billet grills on ebay... Can I paint it?

Hey guys, I kinda like the black stull billet grill thing.

Think I could buy this billet grill...
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW

Sand it a to rough it up and paint it black with dupicolor(Same steps as painting wheels, so its durable to chips and such) that it would look good, and I can save ~$70 and shipping?

My buddy tried it and it started chipping same paint as you are going to use.
As a matter of fact were stripping the paint we put on it off and are gonna sell it.

You could paint it, you need to prepare it well though, get all the old paint off and get the surface cleaned up and get it a little roughed up. You need to take care to clean out even between the gaps and just be careful with it
