Well this is a little different. These heads don't exactly "bolt-on" to a SBC. I haven't put a whole lot of effort into finding a machine shop that can redo the bolt holes but I imagine it won't be easy to find one locally. And it definately won't be cheap.

Good luck on your build. If you decide to build this one yourself you will certainly learn a lot. You may end up paying more for mistakes than you would paying for a professional, but the knowledge and experience is worth something for sure.

Well, I ended up picking up some canfield aluminum 195 cc heads. Should put me well below pre-detonation with the same setup as previously mentioned.
