swaping up

okay i'v made alot of cars go vroom but i have a new challenge i'm tring to make this 1989 camaro rs 2.8 v6 at into a big v8 i have my hopes on the 383 stroker classic but i'v never had to get past the security and the well okay i have only done v8's i don't know crap about v6's so if some one will give me a starter list of things to change it would be very helpful money ain't really a big thing so don't spear me
all the past cars i've helped or built my self build were pre 80's with almost no computer crap to worry about
