LT1 T56 rebuild

i need some advice on a T56 rebuild with parts that will hold up to 800fwhp and i need it to last

You might want to try a "search"... I recall at least one thread here recently where the subject of ouput shafts got pretty well thrashed out. Just type "T56" and see what comes up... I got 4 pages when I tried it.

There is no proven way to make the T56 last with 800hp using sticky tires at the track. There are a number of fixes suggested that various people have advocated. Some or all of them may work. It remains to be seen.

On the street, use it as is because the tires will spin before you break anything.

As Fred suggested, you should do a search.
