Probably one of the nicest things about Donovan is the fact that you can get just about any option you want. They are very flexible and don't mind turning out a custom block as speced by the customer.
Same goes for CN, although his blocks aren't exactly the lightest things on the market.

If you find one used... better make sure you know what you're getting. The "solid" blocks for instance are only suitable for alcohol. Gotta know what you're looking for.

i have both. it depends on your set up. too many variables. for example: do you plan to bore out later? stroker? NOS? comp ratio? fill block? both are great products, but i built both in different directions so i cannot compare. mine are about 5 years old now. i would ask both what their nickel content is and chose best % for the money. good luck.
