BBC in a 4th Gen Project
sorry I had company this late.
mine is a 72 corvette block with 67 corvette aluminum heads, 4 bolt, studs top and bottom an L88 copy
haven't looked at the plugs yet , should be the same as any other bbc the headers aren't in the way here. when this engine was in my 68 camaro I was surprised how much easier it was to do the plugs compared to a small block, every thing is spaced out better
Ive cut the cowling back to the windshield the width of the engine. looking at different intakes , weiand team g dominator, edelbrock c454 dominator , and china team g? with 4150 flange. trying to keep the carb low, and don't have a dominator
fi is not an option for me
ulakovic22, how is your steering arm clearance? and how low is your headers?

Steering shaft clears just fine because the headers loop back behind it. Another set of headers might call for the shaft to go in between 1 and 3 primaries though. Headers aren't any lower than LT1 headers.
sorry its bin a while, figured out the overheating the radiator was too small. So today I ordered a custom double pass one from griffin. I also am switching my QA1 springs to 325 because teh 275 are too soft. Any othe rinfo i will let you know.
Make sure and please post on the results of the radiator. I am fighting an overheating problem on my 383 and want to know if a new radiator is in the picture.
