Iīm so fed up with the company who did this. They say itīs impossible to make it better. but I whent to another company and saw the system that they made, and theyīre SMOOTH all the way.

How much would this affect my setup?

the ones you saw that are smooth are mandrel bent tubing, very few local shops ca do mandrel bending. there is alot of debate as to how much it effects performance, as the flow will go to the outside radius of the bend. if you want a mandrel bent system, you best bet is to buy a cat-back system from a major company, ie, flowmaster, hooker, dynomax, borla, ect.

Both of them use mandrel bending, but the machines differ alot (Iīve seen both of the machineīs). Itīs more expensive in Sweden with a cat-back from the major companies.

The company with the good bending are using stainless, and the other oneīs using standard steel.

Uhm, Iīm sorry. I checked that out, and the system on the picture is "pressed" (donīt know the english word).

The other system that I wanīt is true mandrel, that I know now.

The price difference between the systems is $160. Too bad I didnīt know that before. I choose this company because itīs the only one in my town.

what size is the tubing you had it done with? like i said there is alot of debate as too how much madrel bending helps, since the flow is on the outside radius of the bend, i would be more concered with the OD of the tubing used.

That is a crush bend. A lot of people will use a larger pipe to give the same flow as a mandrel bent pipe.
Example, let's say you wanted to 2.5" mandrel bent pipe, you'd go with 2.75" crush bent to get similiar flow.

It does make a difference to an extent.
You have to take into consideration how much air your car is getting versus the amount of exhaust gases leaving.
A big exhaust on a restricted engine won't have much affect versus a smaller exhaust.
