When i put the key into the ignition, and turn it to where the accessories are on (radio etc.) theres a wierd sound likea buzzer or somethins gone bad coming out on the drivers side where the vent is, anyone have a clue what this could be?

 

No. I know that when I turn my key, sometimes the "beep" noise comes out garbled and weird sounding, but that's it.

Is it more or less of a "buzz" as if something was rattling, or like a buzzer going off?

 

speaker... mouse that got into heater fan... lol jk, it's gonna be electrical interference i bet, if it's coming from a speaker area, otherwise, ya got the fan switch off? pull fan plug and make sure it's dead.... and yea, if it sounds mechanical, look for loose cap, sounds electrical look for interference
