does the motor still run but the light doesn't come up?
If so, you can get a bushing rebuild kit for about $25 from TDS.

I couldn't find the used stuff, but there was a link for the 3 bushings by themselves for $6.25.

drop 3 15/32 bearings in there and ya wont hafta worry about ANYTHING crumbeling again. i did this almost 4 years ago and all is good and smooth in my motors. i used white lithium spray grease in the gear area.
iv also built a few other folks headlight motors and all is good with theirs as well.

go to your local bearing supply and ask for them, that is about the only place to get them unless your local hardware store is better than avg. there is a size smaller than 15/32 that will work. they are larger than the avg hardware store will carry. but 15/32 are the best fitting .

drop the bearings in the plastic gear, 1 in each clover leaf and put it back together like ya took it apart.
yas got any more ques ,ask.
