I am having them problem described in the artical, where is the shift fork/shift fork boot located?

That is the thing that kicks the clutch loose when you step on the peddel. It is located on the drivers side of the bellhousing about center, You can't miss it.

Get under the car and have someone press the clutch peddle in , and out , and watch for movement. Like I said it is located on the drivers side of the bellhousing (looks like an arm with a rubber boot around it(could be leather). You CAN NOT miss it.
