Does the Z28 sound like the IROC-Z? Check out this video http://www.3gc.net/videos/ . One on the bottom. It seems like the IROC-Z's are hard to find, even z28's. I want a camaro that sounds like that and has like the same power but with a stick shift. It sounds like that car has an automatic when it comes back at the end.

Isn't the difference between a Iroc and a Z28 suspension?? So there would be no sound difference. Also how does an auto trans change the sound of the car??

 

The differance between auto and manual shifting is somewhat noticable if your listening for it, and you don't have a real good driver. The manual and automatic will shift at differant RPM's which I guess could change the sound.

 

I meant the sound of the automatic like how most automatics sound when they shift. I want a manual tho. What i meant in the question tho was the sound of the engine.

 

iroc and z28s have the same exahust and engine options (usually) but chances are if it sounds good theres aftermarket exahaust like headers hi flo cat and alteast a hi flo muffler.
what yr is the iroc in the video...i cant d/l it takes to long on dial up.
also stock there are no 350 with a manual....all manuals were 305s uless you went to v6.

 

its an 86, i can make a sound file of the ending part, it sounds best then.

 

or u could get the one that's low quality. sounds the same.
