Here is the problem I have a 700R4. If you leave it in just overdrive it does fine. But if you power shift it it will go from first to second but lets say you hold the car at 3500rpm and then just let off the gas the car looses rpms like it is in neutral, then you push on the gas agian and the car wont pull untill it gets back to 3500rpms. I have been told the it is the torque conveter. What do you think

 

If you were to put the lever in manual low and go up to 20 mph and let off the gas, would the car deaccelerate?, or just go into a false neutral?
