strange camaro/ fuel pump woes

strange camaro/ fuel pump woes
has a crappy day yesterday. both my cars broke down.
86 lincoln tc which i just got on the road the fuel pump wont shut off after the car is off.
on the way to the mechanics to tell him about the lincoln, im in my camaro, merging into traffic and the car dies.
get it towed there, its the fuel pump.
420$
put a switch on the fuel pump to the lincoln and its still draining the battery somehow.
it never ends
anywho
i get home today and theres a camaro in front of my building the same colour as mine, which is the brown/red russet metallic colour. ive never seen that colour on another camaro.
i cant figure out what it is tho. the car has the nose of an RS (without the foglight holes) the ground effects says camaro whrere z28 should be, it has a single exhaust, a weird looking spoiler. kinda like the ones on the 92 z28 only much shorter
it was 5spd and the tach had 5500rpm redline
