Single electic fan or Dual electric fans ???

I have dual electric fans in my car right now. I am taking my A/C out, So the will never be use for the second fan. I have a big single electric fan from another camaro and the top bracket looks the same. So it looks like it will go right in. Which type of fan setup would be better for better cooling, saving weight, and space.
thanks

yea, but only one of my fans work now cause i have no a/c.
and the single fan is bigger than one dual fan and it may be lighter. But can I tie the dual fans together so the both go on at the same time? instead of only when the a/c goes on? Because if I could do that then i'd rather have 2 fans
thanks!

Most people wire the 2nd one to a switch.

You can easily rewire it to run, I have both of mine running as soon as the ignition is on, need to set up a switch for the winter...

or hard wire it in to the battery that way it always is on when the key is on.

I have both of my fans wired to 2 switches. Primary is on all the time and I turn the secondary on if I have the car idling for a long period of time.
