Question about wilwood prop valve...

Well since the demise of 3rdgen.org, I am pressed to look for answers on other forums.

My main question is where do I install this device. I see two lines coming off the master going to the prop valve. Then the respective lines leaving the prop valve and going on their way to the cals. Where would I install this piece? Thanks fellas

Will

Re: Question about wilwood prop valve...

The valve you bought replaces the stock Proportioning Valve in the same location. You don't use two Prop valves, if thats is your question.

Re: Question about wilwood prop valve...

There are a couple of ways to do it. You can put the Wilwood valve in place of the stock vavle for the rear lines and just use a T-fitting for the front lines, or you can gut your stock valve and put the Wilwood after it in the rear line (you'll have to cut/flare the lines for this.)

Tech inspection has pretty strict guidelines about how braking systems are set up, so if you race the car you'll need to check the rules and make sure you do it their way.
