Hey guys.. I am part of the Volunteer Fire Co., and we have a 80-something Monte Carlo sitting outside.. waiting to be ripped open.. we are practicing using Jaws Of Life, and extraction techniques, etc, but I was wondering if that year of Monte Carlo had anything my LG4 could use..
Maybe the heads on Monte's were better, or water pumps, or any of that ****..
I might be able to get parts an **** off of it for my LG4.. if it is worh it...

Unless it's a Monte SS it got the same LG-4 you have in your Camaro (assuming it's even a 4bbl 305 and not a little 4.3L V6 motor or a 2bbl V8 car).

 

actualy I just checked that out a lil while ago.. about 2-hours or so.. and the damned f'in thing is a V6.. lol.. I dint know they made 6-banger for Monte's back in the 80's.. thought they were all 8's..
