Looking for a cause to my engine missing at around 2000rpm and up. The engine runs great at all RPM's until it reaches about 200 deg. and then it will miss and cuts out at about 2000 and up. It will not die but is really jerky. The power is on...off...on etc. If I give it full throttle the engine will serge back to life like I am giving it full throttle. Below 2k it runs smooth and idles great. This is also an intermittent problem. Check engine light does not come on. TBS?

Somthing on the ignition breaking down, distributor cap, rotor arm, leads and plugs. thats your basic stuff. try pulling codes and see what you get
