An Idea for the Future...

i was thinking of what i wanna do later on to my car... whether it's to go with the big mouse base, as&m runners and port the plenum, get the hsr, or the lt1 intake... i like the hsr because of it's top end, and i like the tpi because of it's low end... but i think i need to base my desicion on this: later on i plan on supercharging the iroc. should i leave it ltr tpi if i s/c (pretty much giving me a more top end), or should i get a hsr for the s/c (where it would just add to my pretty good top end)? thanks guys

If you are going to SC it, I don't see where the TPI would limit it all that much.

If you plan to supercharge it and just want something to snap your neck around town, keep the LTR TPI. If you want something that will actually hang with cars on the street and doesn't run out at 4500rpm, get the HSR. If you stay TPI, you will be limited to run low boost, because the runners just can't handle a large volume of air, but the torque will be insane. If you go HSR, you'll have an amazing top end that will pull like crazy, you can run more boost, and the bottom end will still snap your neck. Honestly, can you feel a difference if you are making 400ft/lb as opposed to 370ft/lbs? I'd go with stealth ram, WAY more potential than TPI.
