Need to Pass MA emissions. Its going to a shop on Monday to make it pass, but id sorta like to tell them what to fix, I remember reading that some of you guys are experts on reading this stuff on here so here's my info from 3 weeks ago or so.

NOx: Limit 3.00, Actual 0.23
CO: Limit 30.0, Actual 126.53
HC: Limit 2.00, Actual 2.83

Levels in Grams Per Second
* means off the chart high, lol

Honestly, I don't know much about emissions. But from what I do know...I say all you need to do is throw in some cats.

 

Where abouts in MA do you live? it shoudn't be that bad. IS the car stock? If so something is wrong for the emissions to be that high

 

ive gotten it done twice actually, the first time was worse. and it passed easily a year ago, weird.

I live in Tyngsboro, Its next to lowell, dracut and Nashua NH.

Here in quebec we are the place in north america who have the lowest laws for emissions, been 3 year that i brought my Z-28 and its always been Straight Pipe....., i just always chez my back for cops cause they dont like loud engine sound.... anyway hope you will pass your checkup man later...
