would i need a different size belt with underdrive pulleys on the crank and alt.? if so, what size would i need?

 

Yes you need a new belt, no I don't remember the belt length. We had to try 4 or 5 belts for mine since I also removed the air pump.

 

I'm running the March Power 'n' Amp pulleys and the belt number on mine is #5060945DR , that will get you close.

i went with a belt that was 2cm smaller than the stock belt and worked perfect. i guess the guy before me peeled off the sticker that shows the belt routing so i had to play with it for a little bit to figure it out.
