Hey guys. Anyone here running a small 144 roots blower in their daily driven third gens, and if so, how big of a cowl hood do you need to run to make this thing clear!!!! I am thinking about a small blower, but they all look huge!!! Just curious if anyone had ever ran a small one? Thanks guys.

 

A neighbor of mine used to have an 87 with a 350 and a B&M 144 on it. Had a Holley with a 2.5" or 3" drop base aircleaner with a 2.5" cowl hood. He claimed he still had another 1/2" clearance.
