Angry 90 FB Wierd Electrical Problem

ok on her 90 FB she's been having a wierd electrical issue, no blown fuses. the headlights, interior dome light, and power door locks wont work. seems like if at first you open the car door the interior dome light goes on, hit the head lights (no lights), goes out and stays out, but comes back on a short period later, the rear hatch assy is disconnected, and i disconnected the head light power motors . that made the lights work for a week no problem, now they wont come on, i also disconnected the relay for the power motor to the lights and still no go.

what i did notice is that it seems like the radio is on all the time, kind of like the key is in the accy position, but nothing else works when the key is out. the power windows work and the wipers work, car starts and runs fine.

is there a relay somwhere? again no blown fuses, and it just started happening to her, at first i thought the relays in the rear hatch assy (was replaced two years ago with a new GM piece), again now disconnected. the radio works fine too (aftermarket, been in for about 10 years).

this has me puzzled, searched through the chiltons book and unable to find anything.

anyone ever experience something like this?

thanks

Bad ground is all I can think of. They're always hard to track down and can cause some odd problems.
