I now have no dash lights, The INST fuse is fine and when I used my 12v test light it shows that the INST fuse isn't getting any power. Is it possible that it's just my headlight switch? It's a 92 Firebird. Any help would be good.

The first thing that came into my mind was the headlight switch! Wouldn't hurt to replace it, they aren't expensive.
