my car is missing, it only happens when it reaches operating temp, the egr valve is good, the iac still sucks hard even when missing, cap and rotor are good, plugs cant have more than 2k miles on them, wires cant have more than 7k or so. i think that is all i check so far.

 

I wouldn't assume that things are OK just because they have been replaced recently. A couple of years ago my GTA developed a bad miss only 3 months after I put a set of MSD plug wires on it. Turns out that one of the wires got a small hole burnt in it. I'd still start out with verifying the basics and go from there. If the car is only misfiring in closed loop I'd also hook up a scan tool and see what else turns up.

 

Take out the plugs and see if any of them is different from the rest. It could be that when one of your wires heats up, it acts up or one of your plugs is bad.

 

i just checked the injectors they were all between 17.2 and 17.6 ohms, i dont know what to try next.

 

Check your coil, check the ohms.

 

how do i go about doing that? what should it read?
