i have a chance to buy a 1988 GTA trans-am and i am just wondering what these cars go for?
its a 1988 GTA with 63,455 miles, auto, pwr seats windows locks and outside mirrors. tuned port 350, digital dash, crise, tilt steerting, steering wheel controls.the body is in GREAT shape, a few minor scratches. interior is in near perfect condition. so if any1 can help with a price for one of these, it would be appreciated. thanks

 

its hard to say but id think anywhere from 5.5k to 7k is what id expect that car to go for around here. if the options that it has are all the desirable ones for that model such as overhead storage, split rear seat, 4 wheel disk brakes, t-tops, diamond spoke rims, power acc, 5.7L, 700r4, etc... and if its obvious that the car hasnt been abused than it would be worth quite a bit still. as for your other questions you posted i dont know what gta stands for other than the nicest transam you could get with all the hot options typically. and it is usually a 14 or 15 second car stock.
