I have a question about my 3rd Gen GTA
Hi, i recently went out and bought a 1988 GTA and i notice it rides very firm and has few squeaks here and a few rattles there, but overall i love it. This is my first 3rd gen car, were these cars made to ride rough? And are the squeaks and rattles just something to get use to? Thanks

Yes, If you want it to handle good. Some people have went to a cheapy shock which makes it ride softer.
If you beat on it more rattles will show up.
My near perfect 91 Formula with 41,000 tender miles didn't have any sqeaks or rattles.

The ride is firm because you have a stiff suspension. WS6 cars are supposed to be like that. Remember that this is a performance-oriented car...not a Cadillac.
Also, most cars will have squeaks and rattles. That's just how F-Bodies are.
