1983 Crossfire fuel injected gasket swapping

This is the first live block I've ever worked on and tips or notices would go a long way. Also when I removed the radiator hose there was coolant in the intake manifold is there a way to get that out because I'm going out on a limb and say that it needs to be out before removing. Any kind of order needed to take out the bolts as well I do not have a specific schematic.

The coolant is fine. If you're tearing it all down, its going to get messy. Get a haynes or chiltons and hit up old corvette forums with guys who've done this kind of stuff before. Most of the people here would just as soon get rid of the old cease-fire system and put a carb on it anyways.
