The intake...go with what you like the looks of the most or want to spend. The power difference is very little.
As far as the throttle body spacer, I see no gains from it personally.

i have the airaid intake. but you can get them alot cheaper other places than what was listed there. you should be able to get the airaid intake for around 250-300. the K&N is a bit more i think.
