very true.. and his opinion is based on a point of view outside the scientific community....

while not being a scientist, he has done a LOT of research.. into a ton of areas.. he's taken opinions of lots of people and formed his own.. just because he's not a scientist doesnt make his argument invalid..

also true that simply because it's consensus science, doesnt make it not true.. but the point is: you can't take it as solid fact just because most scientist agree on it..

it's very true that scientific theories across history have been proven wrong because science advanced the the point where it could find evidence to the contrary

i find it somewhat humorous that throughout history many scientists of the time though their science was right because it was more advanced than that of the past... the same is true now... we don't know if man is causing global warming right now, because science isnt advanced enough to know the full story... but yet meny scientist are so sure that they are right that we are causing it.. we'll see 20 years down the road what people say then.. it could go either way, true.. but until i see some absolutely concrete proof that we are causing this trend, not some half-*** circumstancial evidence... then i'll be the optimist and believe that our universe has it's own way and our insignificant society doesnt have as much of an effect as we like to think

BS from those who refuse to look at the issue objectively.

Since science, especially what is being called "consensus science", has been always proven throughout history to be so very WRONG, shouldn't we dismiss with it altogether?

The arguments I'm seeing here are beyond ridiculous.

seems to me that you are the one refusing to look at it objectively.. you seem like one of those "science can do no wrong" types... i never said that "consensus science" has been always proven wrong.. stop puting words in my mouth..

but it has happened.. and the point is, we don't know if we are right or wrong at this time with current theories... so we shouldnt blindly accept what is said by "consensus science" simply because it's a consensus

Consensus science said we were heading into another Ice age only 20 years ago. Has science advanced THAT much in 20 years? We can't even acurately predict the weather on any given day, let alone all this crap the GW Alarmists are predicting.

Didn't we once belive the earth was flat and that the sun revolved around us?

Just sayin....

Whether global warming is real or not (I think it is to an extent) we can all do our part to protect our planet

Remember the 3 R's? Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. If anything, were saving more our of resources and creating new ones

We've come a long way since 1967 in terms of emissions and technology. The new camaro will have more power, way better fuel mileage, quicker, quieter, more comfortable, and pollute a heck of a lot less than a 67 camaro did. Ain't progress sweet?
