I think I've asked this before....link to the bone stock 12.6? I've seen the intake-only 12.6 pass (impressive indeed), but not a bone stock one.

And its not that I don't believe it hasn't been or couldn't be done. My own prediction was 12.7.

Thanks!

EDIT: Found the link on LS1Tech.com. 1.95 60 ft, 111 mph.....very impressive ET vs MPH package given that I assume it was on stock tires!

Or consider the F5 SS murdered the last Elise they tested (a supercharged variant) by about 4 seconds (IIRC), a car known for its excellent handling.

V.I.R is a fast track and power is just as important as handling there.
Yes, and I'm quite sure that if the Camaro continues to perform well at tracks other than VIR and Laguna Seca we'll still be hearing the same complaints from naysayers. I don't think anyone has ever said that the new Camaro was the end all be all of handling, we are talking about a production sporty car (and not a "sports car") that sells for around 35K, not a 50-70K limited production specialty vehicle. Some people just need to get a grip on reality, I personally think that given what various reviews and tests have shown, the new Camaro seems to handle well enough for a volume production car. So continue on with your rants, I've said all I need to say.

Post #7 is the owner of that car your talking about. He says everything is stock. A Mustang guy was driving(not the owner) so I'm sure if the tires weren't stock it would be out by now.
