Camaro Concept Taillights
Re: Camaro Concept Taillights
You GOTTA see them in person. They look SWEET and look GREAT with the rear of the car. It's got sweet LED sidemarkers that are just above the bumper line on the rear/side. Same for front marker lights. Not sure if they're big enough for DOT regulations though. I see the taillights as a take off/evolution of the 1st gen 67-68 lights with the seperation of the 70-73 lights mixed in. As a whole, IT'S BADASS!!! I WANT ONE NOW!!!
Re: Camaro Concept Taillights
I think the ones on the concept are great. However, I believe they're missing something. Can someone PS a sort of berger panel into the tail light panel? Pleeeeeeeeeease.

But if they were to change them to a single light design, I do like the look of the lights in the above (green/black) image. The earlier image in this thread with them wrapping around the corners looks horrible to me.
Re: Camaro Concept Taillights
I think the taillights/rear are the weak section of the concept right now, and its an important part bc I plan on making alot of people see that part of the car
The grill can be replaced (and will be when I get one), but the rear facia just looks like its lacking something. Those wrap around lights and berger-type sail panel seem to be on the right track to fixing it.

Re: Camaro Concept Taillights
The shape of the lights is alright, I just don't like it when they are lit up. The top 1/3 of the sphere looks chopped off giving it more of a Frankenstein-ish look.
What if the two lights were joined together to create a rectangular lamp? I think that would look good, but also get rid of that chop-off-the-top look.
EDIT: damn, that was fast!! Someone did a chop already!
