Scan it for codes. Hard to do on a 95, because of the unique combination of an OBD-1 PCM and an OBD-2 "style" 16-pin ALDL connector. If you have access to an OBD-1 scanner, you can jumper the 12-pin connector, as shown by Shoebox:

Extended cranking can be due to several reasons, and the code may show something like a faulty coolant temp sensor. Extended cranking can also be due to rapid loss of fuel pump prime pressure, and you need to check the pressure with a fuel pressure test gauge.
