From the info Injuneer gave me I decided against the Holley Air Foil. He explained that it should have openings for the IAC and intake, as well as the clean air to the passenger side valve cover. I purchased an aluminum one that has a opening (looks like a half moon) on lower portion to supply air to the IAC and intake. I thought there would be something done in the back side to get the air up to the upper TB section to get the clean air out to the passenger side valve cover. All there was is a narrow path about 1/16" wide and 1/16" deep to supply the air to the upper section. So I modified the Air Foil as shown in the attached photo with an entry at the top and increased the path in the back to about 3/8" wide and 1/4" deep. Do you think this will be good enough ?

 

With openings both top and bottom, that should work fine.
