Appears the GM part is no longer available.
A.I.R. PUMP & RELATED PARTS. Fits: 1997 Chevrolet Camaro | Nalley Buick GMC Brunswick
BTW, you can look up parts at most any GM dealer site. Did a quick look on the NAPA site and did not find it. Not sure where you can get one other than a bone yard or from someone that has removed the AIR system (of which there are quite a few).

I have looked on a couple different gm sites, gm parts giant, and gm parts direct. had no luck finding one. must be discontinued part. I think I will make one out of coolant hoses and metal tubing. thanks for reply shoebox!

Did you determine why the rubber elbow failed? Typically, it's because the check valve leaked, and the hot exhaust gas melted the hose. Worth checking out, if you haven't already.

Re: 97 z28 air check valve rubber hose part number ???
the check valve hose is NOT melted in any way. where the hose connects to check valve the rubber is very hard and brittle, and has developed a split in hose at check valve end of hose. I replaced this about 5 years ago. put 24,000 miles on car. car had stock manifolds, replaced with shorty headers 3 years ago. so this has happened with manifolds and headers. drivers side has original hose and plastic clamps and is in great shape. I think fabricating metal tube and using the least amount of rubber hose possible is the way I should go. will most likely replace check valve also!
